APPLY FOR GCMS NOTES

Global Case Management System (GCMS) is an internal system used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (RICC hyperlink) to process all types of visas applications and other requests for applicants worldwide. These notes are written by your visa officer and can provide you a detailed overview of your application assessment, including any concerns raised and the reasons for the decision. The notes will throw light on any missing documents, character checks, health assessments, bonafide intentions, financial capacity, employment verification etc. GCMS notes will help you to identify the reasons for the refusal of your visa application or delays, if your visa application is under process.
